At Hawkins & Anderson Law Office, Daniel focuses in the areas of Immigration and Business Law. Prior to joining Hawkins & Anderson Law Office, Daniel worked at a Minneapolis law firm where he gained significant civil and immigration experience practicing in Federal Court, Local District Courts and Immigration Court.
Daniel has worked and studied in The Hague, Netherlands and Rome, Italy. While at The Hague, he was a member of a trial team defending military officers charged with war crimes before the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia. While in Rome, he studied International Business Transactions and Negotiation. Daniel has combined these experiences and implemented them into his practice of Immigration and Business Law.
Daniel chose to establish his practice in the Twin Cities because of the area’s unique cultural makeup. This has allowed him to work significantly with individuals from the Mexican, South American, East African, Hmong, and other minority communities. He has experience representing individuals from all communities in Immigration, Civil and Criminal Court, as well as assisting them in gaining Immigration visas and permanent resident status.
